IM Suniy received MFA and BFA from Chung-Ang University in sculpture major. Her works have been presented through many local galleries and museums including Arco Art Center, Ilmin Museum of Art, Gana Art Center, Seoul Museum of Art, Zaha Museum of Art, Jeju Museum of Art, Gyeonggi Museum of Modern Art, Songeun Art Apace, Gallery Jandari, Doart Gallery, Space So, Suwon i-Park, Kwanhoon Gallery, and many more. Such notable public collections in Korea include her works as Gyeonggi Museum of Modern Art, Museum of Modern Art in Korea, Seoul Museum of Art, Woomin Art Center, Daegu Art Museum, and Government Art Bank in Korea and more.
