Artmarkt ships worldwide
Delivery times
Artmarkt aims to ship products within 5 – 10 days. Delivery time within Europe is normally a few days, worldwide shipping can take up to 3 weeks.
Packaging
Artmarkt carefully pack all products to ensure you will receive your order in perfect and undamaged condition.
Prints are packaged in cardboard tubes
Canvases and framed prints are protected with cardboard, bubble wrapped and then covered with brown packaging paper.
Damage
If your product is received in a damaged condition please notify Artmarkt via email and retain the product and packaging. Artmarkt will contact Royal Mail on your behalf, they will be responsible for addressing and compensating the damage claim.
Loss
Artmarkt are not responsible for loss once the product has been dispatched with Royal Mail. If your goods have not been received 7 days after the delivery confirmation email please contact Artmarkt via email.
